Answer Hello Anthony. If there is ice melting in the front of the auger bucket, you will need to check and see if the flapper inside the dispenser is broken. If it is loose or broken, you will need to replace the door chute repair kit 8201756. If the flapper is not broke, you will need to check and see if the icemaker is overfilling and running into the ice bucket. If so, you will need to replace the water valve 4318046. Hope this helps.
