Brian for Model Number WDF510PAYB6 The door is falling but it catches at the bottom so it doesn't slam. It's from the top till about the last 1/3rd before the door lays flat. Is this the springs?
Answer Brian, Yes this issue would most likely be that the spring may be in the wrong place or damaged. You will want to pull the unit out from under the cabinet and check the springs.
