Jolene Y. for Model Number KUDP02CRBS1 We heard a loud snap and the door has not lift. I am assuming that the spring broke. We have not taken the pannel off to check for sure that this is the case. Is ther only one spring? I need some other parts for Dishwasher and Refrigerator so I want to order them all at one time. Thanks for any help
