Depw for Model Number Kitchen Aid Model KUDA 230 YWHO We purchased this dishwasher in 1992. Serial number FB4307077. Still works beautifully, but the door falls open. I would like to replace the device that stops the door from falling perpendicular to the dishwasher. Not sure what the part is called. Thanks.

In your case, you have options, the basic door spring is WP4171383 / WP4171383 Spring, Door Co-Balance, and you would need to order two(2) springs. If you choose you could order the 9741248 / 9741248 Spring Assembly (Heavy Duty), which comes with two(2) springs.
