Mike for Model Number WTW4800XQ1 I replaced the suspension rod kit but I am still experiencing shaking/banging that is normally associated with the suspension rod kit going out. What else would I need to replace?
Answer Mike, it would be recommended that the unit is checked to ensure that it is level. From there, the spin basket W10349185 would need to be rotated by hand and then quickly stopped. If there is not fluid heard moving around, the counter-balance ring of the basket has leaked and the basket would need to be replaced.
