Mike for Model Number RF386PXGQ Whirlpool electric range We did the auto clean today and now we have a reading on the control panel that says E1 F5 and the door will not unlock. We tried unplugging it for a few minutes and it still does not work. How do we fix this? If you any suggestions or tips that would be appreciated. Thank you
Answer Hi Mike. Remove power. You Will need to reach in from the top sides with a stiff coathanger and release the door latch hook. The door switches are defective and need replaced.
