Hello Abby. You will need to fix the heating issue to see if the timer is working. You will need to test the thermal fuses W11050897 and the flame sensor WP338906 and make sure they are good. They should read closed for continuity. Also, check the igniter 279311 and make sure it is getting hot enough to light the gas. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter for the testing procedures.
