Answer Hello Carolyn. You will need to test the thermal fuse WP3392519 and see if it is bad. It should read closed for continuity. If it is bad, check the vent and make sure it is not kinked or clogged. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
