Answer Jason, it would be recommended that the temperature switch WPW10248240 is tested for 120VAC (when set to cold or warm wash) at the violet wire found at terminal J2 while the unit is set in a normal cycle. If there is not voltage, the timer WPW10187167 has failed. If there is 120VAC, the next step would be testing the yellow wire with a red stripe for 120VAC.
