Frank for Model Number 110.26902690 The machine will fill with water. It will not agitate or spin. I replaced the motor coupler (which was bad) and the clutch. I also ohm checked the lid switch and also bypassed the switch. If I move the timer switch to spin it will make a buzzing sound. After several tries of various spin cycles the buzzing sound stopped and it did nothing. I did detect that the plug was a little warm. There is a capacitor next to the motor. Is it the capacitor or the timer and how do I troubleshoot or isolate the problem?
Answer Frank, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty timer and you could test to see if the timer is sending power to the motor. If there is no power then the issue will be a bad timer. If there is power then the motor would be the issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, February 14, 2017
