Delbert R Detroit , MI September 02, 2014 Machine would only wash in every wash position on the dial but it would not drain or spin Normally I would do a better job of investigating my problem with what others have experienced and then proceed with the cheapest fix first. This time though I just knew it was the timer. I ordered the correct part, installed it, plugged in the cord, turned on the washer and still no drain and no spin. What a defeated feeling. So I went back to the web site. Sure enough there was a simple fix to the problem. The washer door switch. But now, what do I do with this new timer? Back to the website. I have bought parts from other places, but never have I come across a return policy like that at Appliance Parts Pros. The timer that I purchased was pretty expensive. But all I had to do was to follow the instructions for returns, it was that easy. My credit card was credited with the full amount of the purchase. I'm a customer for life. I'm telling all my friends, and anyone else who will listen to my story, these guys are the best. Thanks D.R.
