Hello. You will want to make sure you are getting 240V to the unit from the breaker box. Next, check the heating element and make sure the heating coils 279838 on the element are intact. You will want to test the cycling thermostat WP3387134with a multi meter MA-DM1. On the two outer terminals you will want to have a close reading and the inner terminals will give you a resistance reading.
