Answer Hello Larry, This can be caused by a bad motor WP8541504 winding or a failed clutch assembly WP8299642. It could also be an item in the drain pump WP3363394, preventing the rotation of the pump in one direction only. You will need to do some troubleshooting to locate the issue. Read More...
