Bret C. for Model Number Maytag Washer LAT8504AAL Sometimes the wash cycle will stop and the tub is still full of water. We will advance the time slightly and get to the next cycle, the drain cycle, to drain the tub and spin. Is it the timer or something like a drain pump? Thanks! Bret
Answer Bret, It may not be either of those parts. Your first check should be at the lid switch assembly WP22001682 or the lid if the assembly is out of adjustment or if one of the switches is faulty, the washer won't spin and drain. Check there first, if all's OK then replace the timer WP22001025. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 12, 2014
