Dana for Model Number LAT3914AAE Maytag washing machine...Water will fill & start washing cycle. However, it will not move from the initial start cycle position. It fills & agitates but will not rinse or spin unless we manually move the dial to that position. Is this a timer issue or something else? Thanks
