This is an insulator assembly includes the insulator, seals, and hardware. Take off the air filter, drain the fuel, and remove the intake assembly. The insulator can be taken off of the engine before the replacement is added. Use mounting screws to fit the insulator to the other components. Specifically, this is an anti-rotation screw, which is used to stop the drive shaft housing from turning inside of the main housing assembly. It can sometimes become worn or damaged as a result or even break off entirely, which would mean that the inner housing would no longer be held in place accordingly.
