I watched the ALWAYS great videos linked to most parts. I ordered the parts and repaired them as shown-instructed. I'm not THAT mechanically inclined but have taken on some big fixes with confidence that I can watch their helpful videos or call if I have an issue. Finally...I just ordered a part Tuesday and did not pay or ask for a rush shipment and still got the part the very next day. Great company. Read More... Craig D New York , NY July 27, 2015 Appliance: Bosch SHI6806 UC/06 Upper arm clip broke Replaced upper arm with kit. Very easy. Instructions included. Simply pry open metal retaining clip, unclip arm connector, replace arm connector and then clip new arm to upper basket. 5 minutes of time. GREAT SERVICE - RECEIVED PART IN 2 DAYS. Read More...
