I watched the ALWAYS great videos linked to most parts. I ordered the parts and repaired them as shown-instructed. I'm not THAT mechanically inclined but have taken on some big fixes with confidence that I can watch their helpful videos or call if I have an issue. Simply pry open metal retaining clip, unclip arm connector, replace arm connector and then clip new arm to upper basket. 5 minutes of time. GREAT SERVICE - RECEIVED PART IN 2 DAYS. Read More...
