How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP2836543 / 00486767 Oven Door Gasket (30-In)

Quick and easy, removed the old gasket, we were having uneven cooking of foods. Found that half of the old gasket had been covered with old food and partially baked ,so it was hard and not doing the job. New gasket out in the pin holes for application and done. Not hot air leaking. 

I messed up. Appliance Pro was great helping me correct my mess up. I am a retired electronic tech professor with a strong mechanical background. I should be qualified to change a key pad on my oven. My mistake was to work on the oven without shutting off the power. As a result, I damaged something either on the display board or the relay board or both. Appliance Pro was vary helpful in keeping the cost of my error to a minimum. They tried there best to help me get my oven in working order. They did everything that they said they would do.

Watched on line video purchased gasket and installed. 

Googled the problem . Then ordered the part . I also watch the utube video on how to install it myself . This was the oven gasket easy fix and fast delivery . 

I put in my make and model number and the correct part appeared along with an instructional video on how to replace the gasket. I ordered it, it arrived promptly and the installation was exactly as the video instructed. Great service. 

It took longer to find a pencil with an eraser on it then to do the fix. Thanks for the great videos on how to repair things
