Sarah R Austin , TX January 29, 2023 Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHE68T55UC/07 E15 error code "Watertap" E15 error code indicated leaking. Dried it all out to allow it to run again. Ran dishwasher with front and bottom panels off to get a visual on leak causing the styrofoam float to set off the code. Saw it was coming from the diverter area. Ordered this assembly -- which DOES include the seal ring, by the way -- pulled dishwasher all the way out to replace it, and VOILA. No more leaking or error code. (This took a few days to analyze and receive the part, so in the meantime we were able to run the dishwasher during the day with the door and bottom panel off as long as we monitored the leak and kept some paper towels down there to soak it up.) Vince R Orange , TX January 06, 2024 A mouse chewed the soft rubber coupling on the diverter and water was leaking on the floor. I pulled out the dishwasher and found the leak. I then went to appliance parts pros and watched a couple of videos to determine what part to order. (so helpful) The diverter came in two days ahead of schedule(also so helpful) The repair was very easy(thanks to the video) and I had it back in a few minutes later. Edward Q Norwood , MA November 22, 2022 R15 error code Bosch dishwasher Pulled out the dishwasher. Toweled up water in the drain pan to clear the code. Ran the dishwasher to observe where the leak was. It was dripping from the diverter valve assembly. Ordered a new assembly and searched YouTube for videos on taking apart a Bosch dishwasher. Replaced the part. $45 fix for a 6-year-old dishwasher. I could not get a service tech to even look at it for 60 days! Thanks AppliancePartsPros.com. Gary W Tacoma , WA April 19, 2025 Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHE68T55UC/03 Bosch dishwasher diverter valve Watched the repair video available on the website. VERY HELPFUL. I think I would have been very frustrated without the steps shown in the video and how it showed how to disassemble to get to the diverter valve. My diverter valve was leaking and triggered the error code. The common failure is the o-ring but one I removed the diverter valve, I noticed the leak was from the valve shaft not the o-ring. I replaced the diverter valve with the new one. I ran into difficulty reinstalling the valve. I could not get close to engaging the bayonet mount due to placing the o-ring on the diverter valve assembly. After placing the o-ring on the sump assembly first, the valve reattached easily. Reassembly was easy and without the o-ring difficulty, I would say the dishwasher was back up and running in less than 2 hours. Read More...
