Looked for parts and watched video. Because I could not see the parts before repair I wanted to verify I was ordering the right parts. There was a place on the order form to verify the model number (smart). I received the parts, watched detailed video, several times during repair. Everything went well, would have been very frustrated with out the video. Alexander T Chicago , IL March 26, 2016 Appliance: Bosch SHU9915 UC/11 (FD 8002-8003) The door was falling down when opened I removed the dishwasher from under the counter (disconnecting water and electric), confirmed that the springs were fine, and saw that the string had worn down and snapped on one of the tension roller assemblies. I ordered new tension roller assemblies (there were two in the package). I removed the side panels and the base to install them. The entire project took me about six hours for dishwasher removal, diagnosis, repair, and re-installation. This also included replacing the drain hose, which I discovered was cracked when I removed the dishwasher to diagnose the door problem.
