Looked for parts and watched video. Because I could not see the parts before repair I wanted to verify I was ordering the right parts. There was a place on the order form to verify the model number (smart). I received the parts, watched detailed video, several times during repair. After inspecting it during the second installation of the new assembly, we found that there was a sharp plastic piece on the roller where the nylon string cable was rolling over and caused it to fray and snap. AppliancePartsPros did not charge me for the new cable assembly due to their great warranty! I inspected the new cable before installing it and this plastic roller was fine … no sharp piece of plastic to fray the nylon rope this time!
