This is a genuine wing nut replacement designed for use in select walk-behind lawn mowers. Although some wing nuts are considered standard hardware on lawn mowers and other equipment, this specific wing nut connects to a bolt and secures the front baffle to the deck of the mower. Over time, this plastic wing nut can crack, fall off, or the threads may become damaged. This will result in the mover assembly being affected and the unit may not be able to be used until the nut has been properly replaced.
