How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4355372 / 00645208 Detergent And Rinse Aid Dispenser

I had checked for buildup as that is fairly typical but there was none. I finally decided to replace the whole unit. The video was very straight forward and easy to follow. Only a little trouble getting the old unit out and the new one pushed in enough to secure the clips that hold it tight. 

Order the part, watched the installation video - 20 min later problem fixed! 

Replaced dispenser with help of very helpful video. 

My 75 year old husband placed the dispenser by following the clear and accurate instructions in the video on your website. No more sticky residue! 

I swapped out the part following a YouTube video and it went pretty well. One of the plugs needed to be shaved with a razor to fit because the socket in the new unit had different fin/alignment channels. Also it was a bit tricky to push the new unit into place, just like the video, where it needs to fit very snuggly to prevent leaks. When I put it all back together, it worked like a charm! 

Watched the video on how to install it, took less than 30min. 

Replaced the Detergent and Rinse Aid Dispenser as recommended in several questions and answers. Viewed the instructional video provided by Appliance Parts Pros. Unfortunately, my model Bosch is a higher end unit than is portrayed in the video, so there was quite a bit of head scratching involved. But the basic procedure turned out to be the same -- just a lot of different details. It all worked in the end, but was a lot more difficult than I was expecting. 

Replaced dispenser. Video was spot on. Replacement was just like the video described.

We installed a new soap dispenser. The video did not apply to our model.
