How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP2802340 / 00263088 Detergent Dispenser Assembly

Your website told me which dispenser would fit my model #. I received it the next day, watched a video on how to install online and it was done in 20 minutes. I've ordered from you before and was just as happy then as I am now. I paid $127 for the part and figure I saved myself another $200-$300 for a professional to do it. BTW I am a 67 year old woman and this was a breeze to install. Thank you again for your prompt delivery. 

Replaced the dispenser assembly. Watched the video first. Overall job took about 20 minutes. New part fit and works perfectly. 

I had to replace the soap dispenser which was not locking anymore. After watching the video from AppliancePartsPros on Youtube about how do it, I decided that it was simple enough for me to do it myself. So, I ordered the part from ApplicancePartsPros and followed the steps on the video, and that was a success in less than 1/2 h. 

Installed a new, complete dispenser assembly. Holding tabs were a little tricky, but the job went quickly. Wife is happy, and I don't have to hand-wash dishes! 

Removed outer door--released securing clips-pushed assembly through door ( that was the most difficult part of replacement--inner door panel tends to bend easily) -insert new assembly into opening, secure retaining clips - plug in electrical connectors & re-install outer door
