We began by looking at repair videos for our model dishwasher. We then began by removing the door cover and plate from below. At first we thought it might be the hot water line but ruled that out quickly. We then looked at everything inside the dishwasher and cleaned out all the mineral deposits. Still not it. We then pulled the unit from under the cabinet and bingo. The discharge tube had begun developing some pin holes where it turned before entering the next cabinet space. We went on line to find the part and discovered your wonderful video about replacing that tube. Ordered from you on the weekend, it was shipped on Monday and we received it on Tuesday. Wednesday we were able to replace the tube. Dishwasher is now operating very well and should last for many more years. The original model was listed as Best Buy by Consumer Reports the year we bought it. It had been that for some years before and continued that ranking until the model was discontinued.
