Remove and replace 

The video was helpful. But I struggled to get the spacers in the right place. The video doesn’t show where the spacers should be. It took me a long time to figure it out by myself. As the video says, the spacer and the info light do jump at you while taking out the lower door panel. 

Ordered the part online, and although the shipping was $10.00 the part arrived the next day. Needed to find a video online on how to take door apart, but it went smoothly and the part fit perfectly. Would definitely use them again. 

Ordered two Handle End Caps from you. Watched the video and followed it--removed the door cover, unscrewed the handle, replaced the endcaps and reversed the process. Pretty easy. 

I replaced the End Caps. 

Watched your video, ordered the End Caps and did the job in less than 15 minutes! 

Watched the online video. Removed 6 screws holding the front panel on and then replaced the End Caps for the handle. 

Kitchen Aid is not making my white dishwasher with the pro stainless handle. I bought a used white Bosch and ordered the stainless handle replacement. Video made the replacement take 5-10 minutes. Looks great. 

I received the part the day after I ordered it. I have no idea how it was delivered so quickly but was happy about it. I watched the repair video associated with the part on the website. It was very helpful overall but did not give enough detail about how to remove and replace the exterior stainless panel. There are tabs at the top which must be aligned.
