How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP4397877 / 00611981 Tine Row Holder

It was easy to find not only a complete drawer assembly but only the replacement parts that were broken that allowed me to replace only the broken part and not end up with a bunch of spare parts to sit around. 

Replaced the part with the piece I received from AppliancePartsPro. Snap in part. The thing that made it easy to order was that the picture on the website was clear, compared to the exploded view provided by the manufacturer. While I was at it I ordered extras, and some other basket parts that were inexpensive. 

Replaced worn parts and new rollers dishwasher works like new. The diagram on the parts website helped me order the right parts. 

Replaced all of the movable tines with new ones. Purchased all new plastic parts as I thought these would break when I removed them. This did not happen so I now have the plastic clips left over. 

I simply replaced the part. Earlier, I had ordered the part from a different company. Weeks later, the package arrived with the wrong part. Then I ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com and the package arrived so quickly that I thought it was a different order. Really quick shipping. 

We were frustrated that we could never load plates into our dishwasher for the last couple of weeks. So my daughter and I pulled up some YouTube videos and figured out which parts we were missing. We were able to get the parts very quickly from your company and install them and our dishwasher works great now! 

I snapped the parts on and everything works now. 

Ordered 2 tine replacements and the Tine Row Holders they used (ordered the holders because I was concerned they might break during the tine replacements). By watching the videos on the tine replacements the tine replacements went smoothly. Without the videos you would be guessing at the right way to release the holders. 

Ordered the three parts listed here. I watched the videos to make sure that I was doing the installation correctly. The parts fit perfectly. Snapped right in. Lower rack just like brand new. 

Ordered 4 more Tine Holders. Customer service is awesome for ordering.
