First I did some troubleshooting to make sure the water was dispensed from the door. Nope. I changed the water filter on the frig side. It was frozen solid. Still, don't know why. Changed filter and ran about a gallon of water to clear hose. Still no water to the ice maker. Called APP for guidance. Mary was Awesome! Ordered water valve and when it arrived I took a picture of the existing configuration and then detached it. Had to slice ends of tubes because the pliers I used to pull the tubes out of the existing assembly crimped the tubes. I inserted the tubes in the new assembly and plugged everything in. Still no water. Called APP. Mike was Awesome! After troubleshooting the ice maker itself, decided to order a new ice maker. Next morning I found the ice bin full of ice. Called APP to cancel the order. Robin was Awesome! I was informed that some models require from 1 to 24 hours to reset. Slow Motion Success!!!!
