After taking it apart with the manual you provided, I found that the cutter grid assembly had a broken wire. I ordered the part form you; it came the next day. I installed it in 5 min and it now works fine. Total cost of the repair and total time were $228 and 10 min. The local GE repair company wanted $99 for the repair call and $699 for the part...not including taxes! I saved over $572 dollars for 10 min work. Thank you.
