Robert T Redwood City , CA February 23, 2019 Wasn’t draining completely The flapper valve wasn’t closing completely due to blockage by a small amount of debris. I throughly cleaned the filters, flapper and flapper check valve. Upon testing this had corrected the problem. As this unit is in a location making it difficult to remove, I elected to replace the flapper and flapper check valve with new ones. The excessive repair time was due to the difficulty in accessing the unit and time spent thoroughly cleaning it. Actual time to replace both flapper valves was less than 30 minutes.
