How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2634795 / WB30X354 Surface Element, 8"

Changed all of them. 

Order came next day! Ceramic "box" that holds wire was completely shattered, but I used old glass one from original burner. easy replacement. My wife is happy again. 

Replaced all of the elements. 

Parts arrived quicker than my local parts supply normally accomplished. The heating elements both had screw type electrical connectors. A nut driver was the proper tool to both disconnect the old elements and to connect the new ones. Everything went well. 

Removing the old coil was no problem other than being old and messy from years of use. the new coil was pretty much the same as the old and went in with no problem either and all the new hardware included replaced the old perfectly. they thought of everything needed. i will order again when needed so this .com got bookmarked. 

I removed the burners (taking a photo of the wiring), ordered replacements from Appliance Parts Pros and will reinstall ASAP. 

Installed replacement burner in less than 10 minutes. Exact fit. Will buy again. 

I ordered the coil kit and followed the instructions on the bag, and we are back up and cooking again. 

Found the surface element on the site! Amazing! Great shipping and order processing! 

Removed old ones used the instructions and replaced with the 4 new burners. Terribly easy to do with the instructions and the speed of delivery was awesome.
