She was so good in finding out how to fix the machine.Through research, consulting with the supervisor, and checking videos of my (very-old, 2007) washer mechanisms; she found exactly what I needed to make the setting timer and dial work! She spent a lot of time with me, making sure the part was correct. I really appreciate this amazing, customer support and I also appreciate a company who allows their support staff to do this; no matter the time and research necessary, to get it right! At her suggestion, I sent a e-mailed photo of the serial # and model # from the back of the washer, so that there was no mistake about the machine's parts. A Great Idea!
