How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5780508 / WE4M533 Dryer Timer Control Assembly

Replaced timer and power switch and knobs.

Way easy. Actually there is a video on the website that has a guy showing you just how to do the repair ! Its short, easy, and a confidence booster about the repair ! there are video's on many different repairs. So watch it. type in your model number select your part from a sketch with the part number go to that part number select it go to checkout fill in the blanks pay for it....and wait for it ! Regular shipping was only about $6 bucks Only took 2 days to get it then just plug and play. My wife could have done it easy. And the part was affordable.$67= $73 with shipping 

I ordered a new dryer timer which did not exactly match the code numbers on any site I could find. But the pictures on AppliancePartsPros helped me ID the part as best as I could see with my own eyes. The part came quickly and was an easy hook-up and fix.

I replaced the timer and knob. Remember to double check the dryer is unplugged. I did. Knob turns well and heat is great. I recommend always turning knob slow and clockwise. Price, part and delivery time where all excellent. 

Followed video, easy replacement. 

Well, I ordered timer thinking that was the problem, but it was not, it was the broken dial. So I ordered new turn dial and problem was fixed. Seller did everything as promised but it was my mistake. 

Ordered a new one from you guys and put it in.
