Such an easy fix/solution and very inexpensive to boot. Self-adhesive backing allows the brackets to hold firm along with the provided screws. Was a 5 minute job. I ordered the plates from AppliancePros.com. They arrived with new screws. Take the liner off the sticky part, stick that onto the washer and screw the plate into the holes on the platform. The adaptation kit that LG claimed was required was not needed. I found that out after I purchased them.
