One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. My grandson helped me take it off we checked the hose and pump. It was all clear, so I decided that it must be the band and ordered a new one. A new washer was gonna be at least $1200 with a warranty. To overnight my part it was $160. The part totally worked.
