Replace all rollers, replace new belt.
Rollers were the issue, only one bad roller, but I replaced all 4 rollers, and a new belt. since it has been 6 years since I bought the dryer. I did not replace the idler pulley even though I ordered a new one. I'll keep it for future use.
Watching instruction video is very helpful. Taking all photos and place screws by numbers, it helped to put all all screws at right location. Take time and wear gloves, to prevent cuts. Clean with vacuum hose to keep unit clean before re-assembly all parts back. Now run like new.
