It was very easy to look up the part and model number and select the piece we needed. I ordered it on Saturday, it was shipped monday and delivered Tuesday! I was so excited to fix my microwave myself, if I had not found the part I am sure I would have just suffered through a non-turning microwave until I bought a new one entirely. Read More... Went to appliance Parts web site and found the diagram of my microwave to find out which parts I needed and ordered them on a Saturday. The parts were delivered on Wednesday. It took approxmatly 15 minutes to repair at a very reasonable cost, which made me very happy as I had lots of Christmas party left overs to reheat. Read More...
