How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4318629 / DA97-05422A Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly

It took about 10min to replace the ice maker kit after following the instructions on YouTube! This saves the cost of a repairman charging you an arm and leg just to come an give you a diagnose. Just look up your model number and find the appropriate part for your model and do this yourself. Ice maker working fine! No need to replace my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator. 

Installed a new Samsung ice maker. All I needed was a Phillips screwdriver for one screw. Took less than 10 minutes. 

First I followed the instructions check water pressure.2 ND check continuity on water valve,third after crossing off the first two steps,I knew that it would have be ice maker assembly!! I called Appliancespartspro,and the next day I received the ice making assembly for my Samsung refrigerator!! Took out the old one..one screw,unplug wiring harness.replaced with the new one with instructions included in package!! Really awesome!! 

Watched a You Tube video . Repair took about 10 minutes . That was nice . 

Took the old one out and put the new one in. Very simple installation with information supplied.
