Freezer wasn't getting below about 30 degrees F, but refrigerator was cooling fine and not loosing temperature as if there was a refrigerant leak. After doing a lot of research, happened to come across an article on the defrost sensor. Took sort of a gamble since I wasn't 100% sure this was the issue, but purchased the part from appliance pros and successfully installed it with the help of the awesome video on the website. My model was a little different... didn't have to mess with the ice maker, so it took me even less time than anticipated. Overall easy replacement, and sensor seems to work just fine now! Unfortunately though, that didn't end up being my main issue!
