I was able to see the likely problem through a YouTube video and through the AppliancePartsPro Chatline (Brittany was awesome) we walked through the dismantling and analyzed the pieces good/bad and bought what was needed to repair.
For less than the cost of a service call, and faster, I had the parts (I paid rush service for delivery because it was relevant), but bottom line was <$100 and in under 48 hours, I was able to have it in perfect working order with minimal effort (and money).
