Mark W Tulsa , OK January 23, 2016 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WTW5520SQ0 Whirlpool washer was walking on the floor and shaking badly during the spin cycle The washer was my daughters and she lives 2 hours away. I purchase everything that could be responsible for the repair. It all disassembled quickly. I took the time to clean the guts of the washer including the outer and inner tub. Took my time on reassembly. Washer is again stable and no shaking or walking during the spin cycle. Thanks for the videos ..... very, very helpful. The gift card with the packing slip was a nice touch. My daughter is happy with her washer again. The spanner wrench was worth the cost. James W Rockford , TN October 22, 2024 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE MODEL: WTW57ESVW1 When my washing machine went into spin it would shake and move around on the floor After watching the video that Appliance Parts Pros provided. I replace just about all parts that would cause the washing machine to shake and move. Their video on how to replace each part was better than any one I had seen on YouTube. I just want to thank them for providing just great service. Once all parts were replaced I tested it with an empty load it was great. I got behind on my washing and had several loads. The washer does better now then when I first bought it new. The only thing I can hear when doing a load on laundry it the agitator during the wash cycle. I can not hear it when it goes into the spin cycle. I can not say enough about the outstanding help Appliance Parts Pros video are when doing a repair. Read More... William T Kingwood , WV September 10, 2019 Appliance: Model 110 29822800 Washer shook badly during spin cycles. Watched several videos on the repairs most likely needed to fix my problem. I had bought my washer/dryer used and the washer had always had a pretty good shake/vibration when spinning, but had recently become even more violent. Searched for the recommended parts and discovered Appliance Parts Pros.com. Also watched videos associated with the parts I needed to replace which were with the listings of those parts. Needed were the suspension springs, tub spring, and the balance ring. I replaced them all myself, problem solved! Read More... David F Lake Placid , NY February 07, 2019 Wobbly washing machine Replaced balance ring, spring and white skid plate rests. Ended up the problem was with the white bumper rests. I didn’t think they would make a difference, but they did. Project took longer than anticipated, but it runs great now. Videos were extreemley helpful if I got into a jam. I had two issues different videos helped me solve. Good project overall. Read More...
