The washer was my daughters and she lives 2 hours away. I purchase everything that could be responsible for the repair. It all disassembled quickly. I took the time to clean the guts of the washer including the outer and inner tub. Took my time on reassembly. Washer is again stable and no shaking or walking during the spin cycle. Thanks for the videos ..... very, very helpful. The gift card with the packing slip was a nice touch. My daughter is happy with her washer again.
The spanner wrench was worth the cost.
