How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6238143 / W11106747 Bellow

I watched an online YouTube video of a fellow replacing the bellow without unit disassembly ... and it worked! The process went smoothly and it looks great. The part was perfect. 

With the help of your How To Video, I Replaced the bellow and Dispenser assembly. It gave me enough knowledge to know what I was getting info. 

I removed the bellows and tried cleaning them but, I ended up just replacing the bellows. Shipping was fast and the correct part was delivered. Getting the outer spring retaining ring back on was challenging but doable w/ patience. Overall, the install went smoothly and only took me ~25 minutes. 

I got the right part! I got it quick! Went to YouTube for instruction and it took me an hour to replace it. 

Replaced the bellow. Easy repair. The only difficulty was getting the outer ring on without the special tool. The trick is to put half of the ring on and put clamps on it so it stays in place while you pull the spring with a pair of pliers and then put the rest of the ring in. 

I replaced the bellow/seal I watched a video on how to do it which made it a lot more simple.
