I used the appropriate Whirlpool parts list, and diagrams, to identify the proper blower (there is one for the microwave and one for the oven), as well as a replacement bulb for the microwave. Received both within 4 business days. As others have mentioned, it definitely takes two people to lift the unit out and put it back - don't try it on your own. Once out, I removed the lower and upper back panels to expose the blower. Note, there is a metal "plate" over the blower that you just have to loosen to get to all three screws holding the blower. Very easy to pull out and replace. After carefully removing the top of the microwave, I gave up on replacing the light after realizing you still have 2 more layers of metal and wires to remove before accessing the light. As many have said, the light is a very poor design with regards to bulb replacement. I was done within 2 hours, and the unit is supper quiet now.
