How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010824 / WP74003019 Oven Bake Element

I was pleased with how quick it came, and it was put in the next day works fine 

It was easy to order the oven element online. The description was clear and all the instructions were easy to follow. The element arrived within one day. Yay! Replacing the old one with the new with easy. Turn off the breaker to the stove. Unscrew old element from the oven and screw on the new one. Turn on the breaker to the stove. Turned on the oven. The element works. Thank you! 

Ordered replacement. Watched a diy video. Replaced it. Baked brownies. 

Replaced. Simple. 

Looked up model number on oven..called AppliancePartsPros on a Sunday evening, phone call was answered..lady was very courteous and knowledgeable..I provided my model number and received the part in a few days using standard shipping...this is the second appliance I have repaired on my own with this company saving 2 expensive service calls.......2 Thumbs Up !!

After going without a stove for three months, I ordered the oven bake element. It went well, a little trouble unplugging one side of the old one. I am very happy I have a stove again. Thank you. 

Our electric range is Maytag. Tried to warm oven to bake a cake and oven wouldn't get warmer than 175 degrees. Checked inside and found lower heating element cold. Read up online as to why the would element be cold when the oven was turned on. Borrowed a meter from my son and it showed element was dead. Ordered a new one, it arrived in two days, installed it and the oven heats up better and faster than it has for years. Almost like I have a new oven! 

I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the element and thought I could handle it. It was super easy and only took 5 minutes from stat to finish! It only has two screws and two clips to take out the old one and insert the new one. If you can use a screwdriver you can do this! 

I removed the screws and used pliers to release the element from the plugs. I then plugged the new element into the plugs and screwed it back on. Simple!!!! Your company was very efficient in sending the part! Thank you!!
