Ordered a replacement element from AppliancePartsPros, which arrived a few days later. Then it was very straightforward to follow the video guide on the website and replace the part myself. This only took a few minutes.
Tools used:
1. Phillips head screwdriver to remove the old element, and secure the new one in place.
2. Adjustable wrench to hold the metal connector tips to more easily pull the connectors from the broken element out without putting excess strain on the wiring.
