How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011444 / WP77001094 Oven Bake Element

So easy to replace....just unplug stove, remove two screws, pull old element off (careful not to let the old wiring slip too far back inside the stove), plug in the other and screw new element back to wall. Plug stove back in and done. Saved $18 by doing it ourselves. 

Husband and I removed 2 screws, pulled out heating burner and unplugged old one and plugged in new one. Put screws back in. Very simple. 15 minute job. 

I ordered the oven element and got it in 2 days and my husband fixed it in about 10 minutes, 

Installed new baking element. 

Removed and replaced. 

Replaced with new element 

Went to Appliance Pros.com Looked up the part, ordered two new elements. One replacement and one back up. Elements arrived as promised, fit perfectly, took about 10 minutes to install 

Ordered part received next day installed part check good easy peasy! 

I searched for the part on the internet and found it on AppliancePartsPros.com. Not only did they have the correct part, there was a video on how to replace it! Very easy and quick delivery! Thanks!! 

Took maybe 10 minutes, but could have been done in 5 if was 50 lb lighter emailed order Sunday night and was delivered Tues morning. Had fresh cookies that night
