Replaced bottom element after watching a video. It was a fairly easy replacement.

The baking element was burnt out

Ordered a new one from you, waited a couple of days for it to arrive. Received a package and when I opened it, it was the wrong part. Called customer service and questioned why I received the wrong part. Finally got the correct heating element and then installed the element in less than 5 minutes.
