1 Answer Randy, There are no updates or design changes to the pantry drawer support track, that we are aware of. There could be a ECN change that the manufacturer didn't publish or make notice of. If the pin is broken, you'll need the appropriate side support rail. You may also want to consider a couple or three plastic washers, approximately 1/16 in. thick. Place then between the support raile and the side wall of the refrigerator(over the three mounting screws). This should help compensate for any excess "play" in the lid and support and keep the drawer and lid aligned and fitting better. Read More...
Rodney K January 12, 2018 for Model Number KBFS20ETSS01 The left pantry drawer support broke at the piece that fits into the hole of the lid that opens and closes when the drawer is pull out and push in. The refrigerator is counter depth French Door type. The supports that I have seen online are approximately 25" which are too long. The piece that needs to be replaced is about 19". Mary August 24, 2017 I have a Maytag French Door Refrigerator. Both pantry drawer glides came off the railing. They came off when we removed the pantry drawer for cleaning. We cannot slide the glides back onto the railings. Do we need to remove the entire support pieces or can we slide the glides over the railings from the front of the fridge? Thanks!

Tim July 24, 2017 I have a Whirlpool Gold Series model # WRF989SDAW00. I need the left hand pantry drawer support (standing in front looking in) which is item #18. Our model has the temp control on the front top. The item look somewhat different, will it work on my model? Retainer clips that hold drawer track in broke. Also need the water storage tank located in top which has 2 in line that are connected. First one is larger and shaped like a candy cane with a small one attached in the rear of the support frame which connects to the filter. Can't find the correct one. Tim

When looking inside my fridge, it is the right side with the adjustable temperature track that has the broken part (it's the peg that allows the glass lid to open and close). The part I see here doesn't quite look right though. It looks like it doesn't have the adjustable temperature track? Is part number AP4433821 in fact what I should order?
