How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005524 / WP12656105 End Cap, Pantry (Lh)

Ordered new part. Replaced the left side this time. Previously replaced right side, which was harder and more complicated. Failure of a small plastic tab on both sides indicates poor design. New part design was stronger. 

Following the video directions I replaced the side piece, in less than 30 minutes. 

Replaced the left side Drawer Support. 

A youtube video for how to fix it made it easy! We took the shelves above and below (great chance to clean them) and removed the broken Drawer Support and installed the new one! 

I watched the video and followed the steps exactly. The old part was easy to remove and easy to install the new part. The hardest part was cleaning the refrigerator before I installed the new part. 

I found the replacement part on your web site ordered it it came the next day and I took out the old and put in the new it took about 5 min 

Replaced the support. Just needed a 1/4" nut driver. The replacement takes all of 15 minutes, tops, but be prepared to spend additional time cleaning out all the debris that's collected under drawer and washing the glass & supports. 

Replaced the drawer support for the pantry drawer, which the door pivots on. 

I looked the the "Pro" video to confirm how to fix, and then made the repair.
